What can be returned?

Please examine your order upon receipt. All sales of digital products are final; however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your Springbook Binder Kit, it may be returned in new condition with all components within 14 days from date of purchase.

Are shipping charges reimbursed?

Shipping charges are not reimbursed.

How should I return the merchandise?

Repackage the item in its original packing and contact us at hello @ myspringbook.com. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number. You can ship the package any way you prefer; however, we suggest that you ship returns by a service that offers a tracking method, as well as shipping insurance. Merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit is your responsibility. Please do not send the return “C.O.D” or “freight collect” or it will be refused.

When will you be crediting my credit card?

Upon receipt of your return we will inspect the merchandise and advise you if there are any discrepancies. If there are no discrepancies with your return, the return amount will be credited to your credit card.
